Join us for lunch and hear about the entrepreneurial journey of MSU alum Matt Maloney, co-founder and former CEO of GrubHub. Matthew M. Maloney was the co-founder and CEO of GrubHub (NYSE:GRUB) from 4/04-6/21, creating the online restaurant delivery industry that now processes over $100B in food sales annually across the globe. He oversaw over 20 acquisitions including Seamless, Eat24, Tapingo, LevelUp and DotMenu, five rounds of investment funding exceeding $80M, their IPO and ultimate sale to JustEat Takeaway.com for $7.3B. Maloney currently serves as an advisory board member for the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, is a member of ChicagoNEXT, and serves on the board of directors of Raise, Buncha and WWEX. He was named one of the top 50 business people of 2014 by Fortune, and was a regular contributor to Wall Street Journal's The Accelerators blog.
