Make Copilot practical with repeatable prompts and habits.
A lot of people try AI once or twice, get something mildly helpful, and then it doesn’t really change how work gets done. The issue usually isn’t access; it’s that Copilot is being used as a one‑time helper instead of a repeatable part of your workflow.
In this session, we’ll make Microsoft 365 Copilot feel clear and usable, without hype, and without needing to be “an AI person.” We’ll start with a simple mental model: Copilot works best when you treat it like a capable assistant, giving it context, delegating tasks, then reviewing and refining the output with your own judgment.
You’ll learn practical patterns you can apply immediately across the Microsoft tools you already use (like Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), so Copilot becomes a habit, not a random experiment.
Attendees will leave with:
Reusable prompt examples they can adapt for real work
A simple daily Copilot routine that reduces friction and builds confidence
Clarity on “web vs. work” Copilot (what’s safe/appropriate where)
A practical approach to turning AI output into deliverables through review + iteration
Note: This is not a product training session. It’s a practical, real‑world approach to using Copilot well at work.
