The invisible, tech-informed decisions behind Amway Stadium

Every seat angle is calculated. Every acoustical surface is tuned. The game is played under precisely calibrated light. These decisions shape the experience for players and coaching staff, for fans in the seats and at home, and for the staff who make game day happen. Most of it is hidden, behind walls, tucked into rafters and scaffolding, decisions most fans and players will never consciously notice. But they'll feel every one.

Join us behind the scenes at Amway Stadium as we break down the technology in service of human experience: not a product pitch, but the story of how data, computational tools, simulation, and foresight combine to make people feel belonging, excitement, and ease at scale.

We'll trace decisions from structural simulation and crowd flow modeling to acoustic design and athletic performance environments, the invisible infrastructure that makes 8,500 fans feel like they belong. For each, we ask: what was the human problem being solved? And how did technology inform, but not replace, a human judgment call?

Join us for a 60 minute panel discussion.
