Your dashboard has a blind spot, and it's costing you growth.

1 Bold Step
1 Bold Step is located at the corner of Front Ave NW and Crosby St NW in the West Grand Neighborhood. We are about 1 block north of Leonard St and our office sits between Scribner Ave (to the west) and the Grand River (to the east). We are located conveniently to US-131 via either the Leonard St or Ann St exits.
There is limited parking available at the 1 Bold Step building, in the spaces immediately adjacent to our side of the building. There is no parking in the spaces adjacent to Universal Cabling, our neighbor to the west.
Other parking options close to the 1 Bold Step office include:
- East side of Front Ave (immediately across from 1 Bold Step)
- West side of Front Ave (north of Crosby)
- Southwest side of Crosby
- East side of Scribner, north of Crosby
There are also parking options within reasonable walking distance:
- East side of Front Ave, south of Leonard (across from Mercantile Bank)
- Turner Ave City Parking Lot (corner of Turner and Leonard, behind Brann's Steakhouse)
- Leonard/Broadway DASH stop (park in the area DASH lots and take the bus)
